Refund Policy for our Customers.

If you are not happy with the services that you received from watchliverugbyworldcup.com then in certain circumstances we may opt to issue a refund. However, before this is done we will make every effort to solve your issue. If this cannot be done then we may refund your subscription membership according to the following criteria.

·         We have done our very best to resolve the problem that you are having, but were not able to fix it to your satisfaction.

·        You account has not been used by two or more people, which we will verify by using IP address notification.

·        You aren't requesting the refund because you have signed up with the intention to use the service on a Macintosh computer and were not successful. We do not offer support for Mac and this information is clearly stated when you sign up. We recommend our users attempt to connect to the service using a PC only.

·        Your account has been renewed at least once. This is to prevent those who attempt to sign up and then cancel immediately after getting the links that they want from the member's area. Once you have access to our member's area then you have access to all the information that the subscription covers. We will not issue a refund to those that sign up and then immediately cancel unless there is a problem connecting to the service.

We will of course, refund customers who have inadvertently or through some glitch have paid twice, or have paid more than the subscription amount.
