Cancellation Policy
If you made payment after November 2010 then your payment is set as none recurring. This means there will be no automatic rebill on your account. Your account will automatically expire on its anniversary unless manually renewed.
If you subscribed before November 2010 You can cancel your rebill at any time from inside the member`s area. Any cancelled accounts will not be rebilled, cancelled subscriptions will remain active until their expiry date. Account cancellation will NOT allow any reimbursement of subscription fees. If you do NOT cancel your account you will be rebilled. Subscription payments will NOT be refunded if you have failed to cancel your account using the instructions provided.
